At To Smash or Not To Smash, we use fresh ground chuck from Schweid & Sons, and smash it hot upon the griddle, forging a rich sear and crisp edges. Finished with melted American cheese and set upon a toasted 4” King’s Hawaiian bun, each bite speaks plainly for itself.

We believe great food and strong local restaurants go hand in hand. That’s why we partner with neighborhood favorites, helping them grow while serving our menu with quality ingredients and consistent training.
